Nice pike 4/18/15

Hit the Passaic River for a little while this morning and threw some artificials. Ended up with this nice 31" pike. Kicked away strong on the release. Great morning to be outside.

That fish has a giant head, bet it could really waffle down some food !!! Big pike, congrats !!

Nice fish, it needs to eat to equal out that head to body ratio. Next time you catch it it will be a slob!

Yeah, must have been slim pickings this winter for him. I'm sure he will put on the weight now that the weather is warming up!
