April 10... SUCKO day..... On this day 2 and 7 years ago I lost 2 great friends to the heavens.... 5 years apart on the same day is just so unreal to me.... First my buddy and LABS buddy Capt Victor Medina.. great guy and way to young to leave the planet, we were crushed that morning when the news broke, he was supposed to meet me that morning to go fishing and never showed, I went and got the call while on the boat.... so sad, no one ever knows what is going on in ones head..wish I was with you to talk about the situation, we were close but wished you would have shared more about what was going on in your head, we could be bass fishing this morning with your beautiful son.....miss u

Now for Michael M Wells, my brother, buddy, bow monkey..... again while driving to the boat early that morning I got the call from his son Mick that first Mike was missing, then the news he was found gunned down by a scumbag he use to work with at one time just for a few lousy dollars. I still can feel the pain in my gut as I pulled off the road and just broke down in tears for hours.... 2 years gone by and I still feel I can call you right now and say be at the dock 5am..... Mikes loss has left a hole in me that will remain forever..... will be down the inlet today for a few words with you my LAB, and i'll bring ya a Dr. Pepper.....

So if you knew either one of the awesome guys please take a minute sometime today to reflect and maybe even say a prayer for them and their surviving families......

Love ya's both and we will be with each other again one day ...... T.

BB,
I know you were real close with both and believe me they are missed and NOT forgotten. Hope you can take some peace in that. I miss Lab all the times I run fishing trips as he was a wealth of information and his legacy of PUOSU still remains. And no disrespect but I would really enjoy rubbing the Devils in his face this year as we discussed hockey often.

RIP
