Lake Hopatcong Ice

Took a ride and checked out Lee's County Park/Marina on Lake Hopatcong this morning. Except for a foot or two of open water around the shore, it was covered with ice as far as you could see. I didn't see any pockets of open water out on the main part of the lake from this location. Does anyone remember Hopatcong being covered with ice this late?

no, but i knew it was going to happen when i ice fished budd lake this past friday and there was 10" of black ice still! haha

It's not gonna be Ice out till maybe another two or three weeks!!!!!!
