Water levels were Really high at some spots I went to. Stained, high, and fast is a better description. I had my fly rod with nothing on it and I was practicing some techniques and just scouting around for river conditions and killing time, figured I'd give you guys a heads up. Lamington looked good, N branch looked good, musky looked iiiight in some spots, S branch nice as well. Hope everyone has a good opening day, ill throw on my riot gear and find a spot at pequest somewhere, (anywhere but belvidere) give me a shout if you're up that way.

Wow, that's a lot of water. I want to spend more time on the Lamington this year.

That's a personal goal of mine. That river is very scenic. I fished in it this one time on posted property under a bridge near all the farms, and caught a thick brown that spit my hook a few feet away, followed by a ginormous sucker. I have to make sure I have a better time fishing it next time I'm in it LOL

DUDE that spot is awesome lol has anyone given you A hard time there?? I always get nervous because when you park on that road the car sticks out like a sore thumb. But, when I have fished it, it's a ton of fun. Really nice out there too:eek:
