Rvr...dare I try once more?

im tempted to try rvr one last time...I'm thinking Wednesday after work with the extra hour of day light. If the ice there is ok with it still being cold at night anyone down...maybe someone that's found them recently wants to lead the way? Haha. I can be there around 2.

Any reports of an afternoon bite there? I've heard they've been shutting off late afternoon.

Fished there both yesterday and today, landed 3 Lakers up to 6-lb 4-oz yesterday and had 9 Lakers today up to 4.5-lbs. Today was definitely a morning bite and had I'd say probably 2/3's of our fish landed before 10:00 this morning with a slow pick for the rest of the day. Ice should be fine at least until the weekend, 12-inches thick as of today.

so the only bad news is the ice fishing for lakers seems to be mostly a morning bite and i can only fish after work around 2pm...unless someone else wants to tag team this place i'll probably throw in the towel for icing a laker this year and just give them the business in the spring. so anyone that wants to do this let me know asap.
