Lake Musky - NG

Went to the back of the lake this afternoon jigging. I drilled fifteen holes. Not even a bite. But I did set a record for the most ice I ever drilled thru. The ice was at least 28" plus. I nearly buried my Jiffy Legend Ice drill up the engine. Unreal!

I measured the ice on hopatcong sunday and i had 18-20" depending on the spot in our area.

smaller shallower lake in the same area (shawnee) i measured 15-16"

In the back where the river flows in. Between the ice and hard snow my drill bit was nearly buried.
