I have been in the house before and after and all I can say is, if I could talk my wife into downsizing I would be there. I love Union Beach just another small, safe, Bayshore town with some great watering holes.

Your house is tastefully done. For the price you are asking, you should have no problem with a quick sale especially with spring right around the corner.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. It's a solid house that is almost guaranteed to be maintenance free for 10+ years.
