They "ARE" the Marine Fisheries right? All the experts and scientist that control what we catch, when we can catch it and get millions from the Gov to do so...Yet, they are looking for public ideas on how to keep marine mammals away from fishing boats? How about this: Close a few areas to the Mammals and see how they like it! :D
