Small Stream Trout 11/30/14

I took advantage of the decent weather and hit some holes on the North Branch and Peapack Brook. I found a few hungry brown trout that weren't ready to call it a season yet, either.

Nice catch a release dude and interesting to see wild brown trout. I've had a few mishaps with the tree roots near the water edge, especially when they're covered in leaves.

I was about to call it quits for my fishing season but it looks like Monday this week should be good. Inspired by your vid, I'm going to give it a shot and try to find some wild brook trout in a famous creek near me. Hopefully they haven't stopped biting yet there.

Today was a good day before the rains started, I hope most of you guys were out there catching stuff. I went to a wild trout stream and after a few casts got a cool 8.5" brook trout, my first brook trout ever.

They are definitely still biting!
