Had a great group of guys onboard on Sunday for a Bass trip. The clients got there early and we were out of the slip by 5:45 and on our way to the grounds. The day did not prove to be what we wanted but we had a lot of good laughs. We boated a 30 inch fish right as the sun was coming up on a Chartruese/green maja spoon and then had several more hits through out the morning that didn't come tight until we had a double header around 9. Ended up being another 30 inch bass and a nice blue out in 65 feet of water feeding on sand eels.........yep, the sand eels are here. Worked hard all day and the guys were patient but that was all we were able to manage besides a bunker getting snagged on a mojo rig that made the customer work hard. Bass are moving south fast.
