Fished saturday mornin. 14 deg in sussex, got to the ramp, 3in of ice.
thinking it was skim ice i back the trailer down to break it.....didn't break.
Had to launch at some random beach spot.
Sunday hit the big water for the first time and got some real nice eyes and a 37" musky. great weekend!!

Looks like that was the place to be Sunday, HOLY MOLY!!! Nice catch all around. Big fat Walleye have got the feedbags on in a huge way. Great looking Musky as well. AMAZING!!! How big was the biggest Eye? Looks like you may have beaten your PB, NO?!?!? Great catch!:D

That smallie was a freakin football, 20", they are my favorite fish to catch.
Feddie, walleye was 6.8, not too fat like the 7# from bsw.

im tryna go back to big lake on weds, but looks like a blizzard, sucks i took off work!

really nice eyes buddy, and that ski is a beauty too. that place is like that some days, Ive had the privalage of being there on days when they are chompin, its what makes us brave the cold and wind this time of year. congrats man

Beautiful all 'round. I was just thinking as I left work: "What! Go walleye fishing this weekend?" We do well in October, but I can't warm to going out now...we may go for stripers in a friend's boat out of Barnegat Inlet, though.
