Upper delaware

Anyone know of any guides for the upper delaware...or where to start if I wanted to shore fish..thanks in advance

I had planned on going back up the last 3 weekends, last 3 weekend the wind was blowing at 30 mph, looks like this weekend won't be any different !!!
