Headed up for yesterday ans a few jrs this morning fished lower half of river seen nothing heard a few caught...headed towards the top seen two jump in one spot ans one in another nobody hooking up everyone disgruntled! Kinda funny standing in a conga line of pissed off non catching salmon fisherman from all over the country! The languages you hear the word that are spoken some not so nice pick up on quick figured fishing wasnt guna happen here so made a river jumo to the plant walked up to falls and first cast whamo! Fish on! proceeding through the rest of our day we hooked about 7o fish between two of us and i landed a freshie that we kept for smoke released everything else!

Lol, come one Matty is all about the holes man. On Saturday Altmar was producing in morning. 3 stellies, 1 koho, 3 kings and multiple fish lost. By afternoon everything died out. On Sunday Jefferson area was producing multiple stellies and some kings. Overall not a bad weekend. All released but one stellie and one koho.

i was up there this weekend too. saturday seemed pretty slow. hit 4 different spots and only saw a few steelhead caught. sunday was much better, hit the same spots but probably saw 50 hook ups. i was 1 for 2.

Matt,

Altmar and Pineville worked on Saturday. Jefferson worked on Sunday. And I had two of the best catches of the day. One was a nice rock which I am still trying to figure out how I managed to catch and second one was my friends net which he lost about a mile upstream.

Your really late when it comes to SR Salmon. Oswego will still be good for another week. Massive amounts of rain will push any leftover Kings into the smaller tribs. It's Chrome time on SR now, most of the Kings are pretty damn rotten by now. You got your fix, good stuff!
