Parents house was taken by Sandy, too old to rebuild! Beautiful view. 100 foot waterfront with 40 ft dock on lagoon side . They got offered 750k for it 5 years ago with house now house is gone. All permits and intercostal review and engineering has been done for cost of 20k. Is included. Boat owners dream!
