Must fit 2 inch hitch and tail gate able to open. Hold 6 or 8 rods. I saw ones that tilt down way to much money. I hope to find one lower than gate. Thanks for any help Rich

When I was looking for a rack for my truck I got a little nervious about someone a$$ ending me or me running into someone or something. Rods loaded with good reels could make a grown man cry....... I opted for this CPI rack which goes for about 100.

Or you can go Redneck style some styles i have used in the past...

I like to use a roof rack with a ski/snowboard rack, solely for the reason that I can lock it. I don't leave the reels on them to remove temptation but I can fit about 14 rods in the rack and can stop for a meal without having to worry about my rods heading down the highway before I do.

Got the perfect rod rack. Holds 7 rods and you can fold down the tail gate with it in place on pick ups. Under 200$ shiped

Rich
I had an anglers aluminum front bumper rack on my old truck. These new vehicles are all plastic as you know rendering it useless until I thought of an idea to adapt it to my rear hitch mount. I had a friend weld up a reciever adaptor and added a hinge so tue lift gate can be opened with rods in place.
If you want to stop by and take a look we are a few blocks away from eachother
