Had Pete Ziemba and friends on board today for some more fun with the Bluefin. Could not get a good read on the forecast on Sat so Pete and I conferenced at 2:30am and after careful consideration decided to give it a go. The ride out was a little sporty and we ran through several showers but by the time we set up on the grounds things were looking up. We started off where we left them on Thursday and got a decent size Mahi then things got quiet. Went on the hunt and found the fish not far down the line going 4 for 4 on troll, keeping our under fish and releasing the rest. The fish were stacked up pretty good so we decided to drop the jigs and it was game on!! Left them biting , going 11 for 14, for the surprisingly smooth ride home. Thought we had our over on, but it turned out to be a big ass ray.
