It was great to see so many NJFers at the picnic. Congrats to Dan and Al on finishing in the money - no easy task going up against nearly 800 anglers

Thanks again to PP Elks & Blind Squirrels for another great tourney. I thought Dales was a contender when I saw that 27"er come up from the crystal clear H2O. Too bad it was an Anorexic Fluke, longer than the 5th place fluke but 'only' 6.6 lbs.

FYI:
Length Average. . . . . . . weight in pounds
15-16 inches . . . . . . . . . . . 1 to 1¼
17-18 inches . . . . . . . . . . . 2 to 2¾
20 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .3 to 3½
22 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .4
24 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .5
27 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .8
30 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .10
37 inches . . . . . . . . . . . . . .20

A doormat must be at least 10 pounds; these are only FEMALES and are generally 10 years old or more. Nearly all Fluke over 5 pounds are females

Congrats to all the winners and all who placed and nice to see some familiar faces at the picinic

Tuff day out there today

I am here to vouch for Dales and all his haters - He can catch fluke and was en fuego all day long . He kept our hopes up but we fell short

Myself - full googan mode today - not my day today

Thanks again to the blind squirrels for a great day ( ByCatch Glenn) did well also - had a great day guys

1) I Obviously I need to read the fine print BEFORE I get on the boat. I thought I was on a Ling / Seabass charter

2) Who else is going to keep the shorts busy so you guys can catch the big ones?

3) Same as #2 but substitute "rope, cable or fishing line" for the word shorts

Just wasn't my day

Great day with the Squirrels! Looking forward to next year already. Congrats to all those who made the board!

Hey guys fished sat on the FISHTANK with a bunch of good pullers I never met, but I must say I can't wait to do it again with these guys.Anyway fishing was a little tuff on my part I guess I was trying to hard,we ended up with about 20 nice keepers between us with a few 5s and maybe a 6 but nothing for the scale:mad:my first time on the FISHTANK and I must say very impressed with KEVIN AND TOMMY AND THE BOAT, they worked there asses off to try and get us to the scale,it didn't happen but had a great time with an ALL STAR CREW, Thanx for the invite it beat stayin home.PS HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A GOOD 4 TO 6 PK CHARTER VERY COOL PEEPS AND A FAST COMFY BOAT... NEXT YEAR:eek:

Congrats to all on the board. Really enjoy this tournament and as Larry stated we did our best just came up on the short end of a nice 27" er. that should of been in the mix but alas wasn't.
