Night Fishing Lamington River 7-19

Caught around a dozen bullheads,2 eels, and 1 sunfish on crawlers. Beaver scared the hell out of us with the crazy tail slap in the dark. After the beaver was done "slapping" the water not a fish was to be caught.

I never fish at night. Too many bears and things that growl in the night:D

Was there sunday. They have Burnt Mill Rd closed in one spot and Black River Road closed in another. Makes for a fun detour. Water was up more than I planned because of the Round Valley discharge into SB Rockaway Creek. From there it meets NB Rockaway and then Lamington around Fox Hollow GC. Downstream of there is where I found lots of golf balls. A few smallies as well. Carp were rolling around too. No tires though!
