Chris and Charlie Perry joined me last night and put a whooping on 19 walleyes from 3-6 lbs. Charlie than nails a 7 lb. 1 oz. wiper (from GREENWOOD!!!) which isn't supposed to have them. After father and son left this morning I decide to go out....rod goes off and I see a giant musky on the other side of the boat.....line hit the propeller of the kicker and wrapped around it and broke off. I LOST THE FISH!!!! or did I? I look over to my right and see a thick back with fins sticking out of the water....start retrieving the trolling rod still out and notice the fish is tangled in THIS LINE.....so, reeled this monster right into the net complete with broken line and lure still attached to her choppers. I can't make up a story like this....talk about lucky. 47 inches...extremely thick across back and I'd say 30+ lbs./tagged by the state:D:D:D
