Finally got my musky!

So I was finally able to land my first ski! I feel like a kid I still have a smile on my face lol. Anyway got her during the evening magic hour on a swim bait. Not a great fight but she did inhale it and thank goodness I went out and bought the right tools before I went yesterday. She measured out to 35 inches on the tape. The area I was fishing had a shallow bank so I went in to release her. Swam away strong to get bigger. The real question now is this fish a tiger musky or a barred musky? My buddy pointed it out to me and I definitely tend to agree it's probably a barred but I don't know I was to excited to even think about that when I caught it haha. Ohh yeah musky off my bucket list finally.

Last week when I missed a bite on my carp rod at Carnegie Lake, I snagged a musky that made a run, jumped completely out of the water, then threw the hook. One scale was on my hook. Two kayakers on the other side of the lake saw it, then stopped paddling. The fish looked like a 3' 15 lber.
