MCR Bassin and a surprise 7/11/2014

A friend of mine and I decided to test our luck the other day at MCR and apparently we had a lot of it! The original boat record was about 21 and nearly doubled it by the time the day was done! Fished from sunrise to about 11 am. We hit a slow pot at one point in the morning until my friend hooked up into a pickerel on a plug.... The pickerel just killed it and gave us a good jump start. Overall, ended the day with 40 fish up to about 3.5 Lbs. It was a good day to be out on the water!

That's a serious catch total!! I can get to 20 if im wearing flip flops.. U gotta love those days when the fish are on the feed like that.. WAY TO GET EM'
