At 15' its probably a burmese or reticulated python althought it could be a rather large red tail boa. Probably released do to expense of feeding it n housing. It will more than likely die once temps dip unless it finds a basement. Its only dangerous to small mammals or birds although a bite will hurt like hell, i used to collect snakes n lizards so I've gotten hit from some big boys. Nothing to fear either way.

Troll live beavers, bottom bounce squirrels, walk-the-possum. The possibilities are endless lol.

reported at 15 feet the snake is probably less then 10 ft leaving open a few species.

Exactly, many times i was told of someone owning a 12' plus snake and then seeing it no more than 8' or so. I still suspect it to be something common in the pet trade due to price and level of care. My friend breeds $1000.00 diamond pythons, no way they're escaping the cage they're kept in.

I saw Bigfoot last night eating mulberries and at the same time a Unicorn ran across my yard...
It may very well be true but the headlines are funny(terrorizing?) not to mention how its grown in size to now being 20 feet.
