Hi

Caught in Greenwood Lake. They are powerful but most of the time do not fight for lengths of time. A few power runs and they are usually done. Hope this helps.....oh and one more thing.....every musky you see caught by anyone is earned.....is it possible to go out and in 5 minutes have a fish in the boat? Absolutely.....but most of the time it is time out there that catches them. So keep trying and it WILL happen for you....and when it does look out because you will be hooked. Regards Capt. Dave:)

nice looking fish Capt Dave, you def have to put your time in and be prepared for these fish. What kinda depths are you trolling this time of year and spoonplugs or other?

Upper 15 ft of water especially when lake is stratified.....at the level of the beginning of or within the thermocline.....I was in 25 ft of water....below the thermocline in fertile lakes oxygen levels are low so most fish have no choice but to suspend:)
