Headed out this morning with the Ted Metzger charter from Pike County Outfitters. The plan was to try for stripers and then maybe fluke. Got our bait in a few throw. Got set up and had a slow pick of blues to around 12 lbs and 1 keeper bass by 9am. Made the call to go try some bucktailing and glad we did. In 3 hours the guys managed to land 33 keepers, boxing their limit to 9 lbs with a 7 lb and a few 5 pounders mixed in.

WOW!

That's an awesome trip, and you didn't start fishing for them at 9!

If I was going on a charter you would be in the top 3, you're always putting fish in the boat no matter what your going for...fluke, stripers, blackfish... and your usually in the money when you enter the fluke tournaments.

I hope to get out with you in the future.

Thanks for the compliment Pete. It was a nice change to mix it up with some bucktailing and I'm glad it worked out for the guys.
