Hardware question

Does anyone know where I can buy the black plastic /rubber tops to a surf rod rack? The black tops that have a slot cut for the reel handle to fit in???
It seems this is the 8th mystery of the world !!!

You can get the hose at west marine , or the hose shop and cut your own...
