Took the cobra out for some carping yesterday evening. Got to the spot started chumming around 6:30. Had 2 kids in inflatable rafts flating around the water chucking huge spinnerbaits until 8:15 that I think had a negative ffect on the carp. stayed until 9:30 with only 2 light pickups that may well of been turtles. saw a few fish jumping but the didnt wanna eat. Did catch 4 largemouths between us my cousin had 1 about 4lbs on the other side of the lake as he got bored waiting for carp & wanted something easy to catch. I had 2 fish 1 a dink the other a nice fish i guess 3lbs or so but the interesting thing is the disgusting largemouthed catfish was a freak as it had a senko hanging out its butt, so either it tried digesting it or it was getting kinky during the spawn. first carp skunk i had this year gonna try again thursday hopefully. Also had a few blueglls & my cousin had a big white perch

Hopefully there was no hook on the other end of that senko....
Did you pull it out?? The trick is to go very slow, and if she squeals then stop and repeat:D
