Used to buy all Dell stuff but the last few issues I had I was not pleased with their support and problem resolution so this time I decided to go with HP. Glad I did.
Purchased a computer and monitor bundle 2 years ago so out of warranty.. Computer was great but the monitor started acting up a few weeks ago and would not wake up out of sleep mode unless I unplugged it from power....Got on an online chat with HP tech support and they reloaded the graphics card driver to no avail.... They escalated my issue along to a higher level and assigned me to case manager.... Next day I get a call and a few days later a brand new monitor arrives FO FREE!! Best part is they upgraded me from a 23 to 27 inch and it is awesome!!
Sucks that I had an issue but glad HP stood behind there stuff and gave me an upgrade for my trouble.
