It was another banner day on the ANGLER with high hook over 50 and most with 25 to 30 ling. Mark has already posted what a great day they had but he didn't mention that his partner Russ took the pool and they had 60 ling total. This is one of my favorite fish to catch and eat. It is a lot like flounder fishing where you bounce the sinker and then lift forcing the ling to suck in the bait and wham o he is hooked.
We also had a lot of nice tog on the clam today that had to go back but we did manage one picture. Mike worked his butt off at the fillet table all day and still needed time at the dock to finish.
Tomorrow and Monday we sail at 7:30 and both days look good.
