They need to check out the locks at the second 287 bridge.

Wilson, I was there yesterday and GW Chris stopped by. He's doing the best he can. If you want his cell I don't think he would mind me giving it to you to text him with such violations. That area is always being poached by the bucketeers!

I was fishing at Echo Lake last week and a cruiser pulled up and a couple of friendly cops walked over and asked me for my fishing license. I didn't have it on me but luckily had a PDF of it on my phone. Nice guys. Was surprised to see cops checking fishing license though. Now, if they could have done something about the pterodactyl-sized Great Black-Backed Gull that was hammering the fish like he was at the buffet line at a Bar Mitzvah, maybe I coulda caught more than one brownie.

On the Passaic? Whoever eats those toxic bass from the Passaic will get what they have coming to them.

I had my license checked a couple of weeks ago at the Delaware Water Gap by a park ranger.

Those rangers will have a tough job when the teeming hordes descend on the park this summer.

he's talking about the raritan. iirc, the passaic only crosses 287 once, in basking ridge, and it is a little stream at that point.

2 CO's out and about late in the evening on a Saturday night, they are putting in some serious time on the Raritan and other spots.
