just wanted to share. my wife has an old coleman tent that her sister gave her and one of the tent poles segments snapped. looked on-line at the coleman web sit to get a replacement- no luck. called customer service and told them what i was looking for, and that i was having trouble finding it on their website. well they are sending me the replacement part kit i need as a courtesy. no cost what so ever. now that is a great customer service experience and i will be a loyal customer from here on out.
