I usually don't like to give my opinion, but now i have to. With all the government bullshit and red tape with sandy rebuilding, i am totally pissed that they send kerry to ukraine with 1 billion dollars for relief aid. I bet they don't have to fill out paperwork for that money. Keep the money at home.
