Jiged up about a dz keepers and 3 pickerl sitting on about 7.5 right now fish ate biting shelter is warm and beer is half frozen great day to be out! Guys should be set for tomorrow

Tomorrow will be chily bundel up guys especialy those who usually dont fish the cold weather often!!! Today ended up keeping 18perch jiged up on oragne tear drop with mouses or waxies...also jigged up 5or 6 pickerl and ton of sunnies and one fish that was never seen! Also pickerl wouldnt hit the tip ups toaday we would move the tip up jig the hole and catch a pickerl kinda weird but il take it

Same thing happened to me at swartswood today. Not a flag to speak of, had tip ups all around me but managed to jig a fat 21" pickerel and a bunch of perch. Cant wait to hit the lake in the am.

same with us, not a flag, all the fish came on small spoons w fatheads and especially just the head pinched off hung on the treble. I caught a dozen out of one hole on a tiny swedish pimple w just the heads, and I had a tipup in that and several holes w nothing but I jigged fish right out of them. I got a dozen and a half fatheads and only 6 small shiners for tipups, they wanted nothing big today

and it was rly cold today on LH for some reason, coldest day on the ice it seemed and I was out 2 weeks ago when it was -3 up in sussex and it felt colder on LH

Today was the Bahamas compared to thursday! We had the shelter up today so had somewhere to get outa it for a few but it definitely had its colder moments today! Will be back out early Monday planning on fishing this one day heat wave coming up!
