I will be heading out with my boat the last time this yr since all this snow is making me work lol and we're planning on going to round valley with my brother and cousin. Do you think I will be able to get out with my boat and any idea on where the lake trout would be found? I know guys say the north tower but I wanted to hear some of your opinions.

There's an 80-90 ft deep trough that goes from north tower to the point that a lot of people fish from. Had great success in this area in the past. You'll get em. Jig em out buddy. Send some XL Shiners down, let em hit the bottom, crank em up a couple feet off the bottom. Kastmasters in 3/4 and 1 OZ sizes work very well for those Lakers as well.

Good luck!!!

Maybe I'll join you if your going over the weekend? GetANet is filled to the brim with holiday storage so will take me a while to empty it! Was gonna post a pic it's so bad! Everybody just throws it in the boat and closes the garage door!!! Hopefully not too windy, don't mind the cold......
