Great pics and fish!!!!......I hate the cold but will be fishing all winter long......I went out for a ride yesterday just because I love the scenery every time it does snow......here's just a few I took.....

That pic fighting the fish and the ones on the rock are pretty dope... Good thing about the snow is that you don't need a cooler to keep the fish in!!

Great stuff. It keeps me motivated, its just these old bones don't like the cold as much as they use to.

Turning The Big "5-0" next week myself and hear that, it's almost painful to fish in the winter but I you know I never stop!!!!!

Yesterday afternoon wading RVR: 2 short browns & 1 short rainbow, had another on but lost it.

Has anyone seen any?

They have been taking them out at local airports with shotguns, unfortunately. They pose a threat to airplane engines apparently--much like Canada geese. I've also read that they've been sighted on numerous occasions out on the south shore long island beaches. Pretty cool... Snow owls, seals... all we need now are some penguins and a Morgan Freeman narration!

In the snow, 12/18 afternoon wading RVR: 1 short brown, 2 rainbows @ 15" (released), 1 rainbow @ 17" (released).

Had another on but lost it & another hit.

Saw on one of the blogs that one was photographed in the Meadowlands over the weekend. Was out there without my fishing pole but didn't see any. Awesome creatures, amazing that they come down from the Arctic!
