Kinda late report but with the site issues I havnt had a chance to post. Had off last wednesday so I decided to hit the river for a bit. Stopped off at the bait shop on my way in an attempt to skunk proof myself, lol.

Got off to a slow start so I did a little walking. Soon after I came across a pack of hungry smallies. Got 6 total, some on bait, some on spinners. Had one good 3ish pounder and the rest between 1 and 2#. Gotta love some good smallie action on a cold November day......

Nice Job Love the BRONZE! And way to catch em' up in november!!!!
Hate to say it but alot of species are winding down for the year! Never seemed like we got that fall feeding frenzy this year they kinda turned off and never really turned back on!! Now it's gonna be mostly trout, pike, crappies etc. Mixed with some walleyes and smallies till they turn off too! I had a fantastic spring summer and early fall but then it's been kinda hit or miss since! Hopefully get some open water action before I break out the auger!

Nice BRONZE G!!! Gotta love the fight they give no matter what the weather is. A lot of catching left to do. All kinds of fish to catch year round in our awesome little state. Good catching!
