Andy, I think what you do is great! Hopefully they continue to publish guys like you to raise awareness and not only stop this stuff for the future but remediate what's all ready been done.

With all the money this country pays out for people to do nothing it's mind blowing to me that there's no program to give support for these clean ups. But that's another subject in itself.

Way to go Andy! 2014's planned clean up efforts should net 20 additional miles of clean stream.

Which leads me into my pitch for volunteers! The CJStreamTeam will be locating and cleaning sites along the South Branch of The Raritan through the winter. The mission, get as much as we can off the land so it doesn't find it's way into the water during flood conditions.

We need volunteers. If you don't have time to contribute to the clean up effort, but you know of dumping sites/locations along the South Branch of the Raritan River that need cleaning, it's a contribution. If you would like to volunteer some time or have knowledge of locations, please PM me. I am currently planning events for winter 2013/2014.
