I went to the paulinskill and caught some chubs /suckers for bait in the 8-9'' range I tried to get a 12''er but no luck, if they live until morning. My plan is to drift a bait 12' or so under the boat while I throw my bucktails around. I will post my results or my skunk:D when I get back. Here is the lucky bait.

Good luck getting your musky!
Keeping live bait overnight can be tough. Fish excrete ammonia into the water and tend to poison themselves on their own waste, regardless of how much oxygen is in the water or how cool the water is kept.
One trick I learned is to use ammonia-detoxifiers. I buy a product called Amquel. It's sold in pet stores for use in new aquariums to treat tap water being added to an aquarium.
Keep us posted on how you do!

NO MUSKIE! but here is the rest of the report. I fished from 7 to 10:30 I caught 5 bass no big ones and 2 pickerel an 18'' and a 22'' I threw the hell out of my bucktail no follows or hits. My bait did live all night and all day on the hook no takers on that. In all it was a good day out only 1 other boat out. I'll have to try again another day.
