Hey guys, so I was walking on a trail to go fishing and stumbled upon this

I know snakes can swallow prey much larger then their body diameter,
but that looked like mission impossible! Big water snakes for sure.
What the video scene needed was a swoop and pounce by an Eagle:eek:

Very cool video.


Being out in the woods and on the water, searching for fish, the beautiful scenery and encountering wildlife; these are some of the things that make freshwater fishing great.

I think people who fish on those 'party boats' are missing out on 90% of what makes fishing great.

I've witnessed this act a few times. The funniest part is hearing the frog croak inside the snake. Not funny to the frog I'm sure/
.
I've also seen them eating fish - including a rainbow trout.


As far as Northern Water Snakes go, that is one of the biggest I've ever seem. They max out around 55 inches or 4'7".

I seen them eat my worms and shiners. I don't know what's the worse to hook, ducks, turtles or snakes or maybe that cop car on the back cast fishing off that bridge one day.:D

Hey Eskimo, I was on a party boat once and saw a 7ft tiger shark breach and grab a dogfish right off someone's line 3ft from the boat so im not missing a thing.
