Sept 7 - Heroes on the Water - Where da nuts?

Tomorrow is going to be a huge day for us. We are going to be hosting 30 wounded warriors at the Sandy Hook Coast Guard Station and provide them with a relaxing day of kayak fishing.

Many thanks to Pete at Atlantic Bait & Tackle who is DONATING all the bait, ice and a rod/reel combo for one lucky vet. Also, many thanks to Gerry for allowing me to talk to all of you via this forum. Many of you are volunteers and/or have donated to HOW. It's through the incredible generosity of people like Pete, Gerry and this fishing community that enables us to provide these events, FREE OF CHARGE, for our heroes.

With all that said, I have to get down to the area nice and early so I'd like to try and find me some peanuts for fluking. Anyone have any suggestions where I can find me some to throw my cast net at? Shoot me a PM!

Thank you so much for your offer. We are at capacity for tomorrow's event but we have two more events coming up. Let us know if one of those works for you.
