What do you guys recommend as far as electric knife sharpeners? Was thinking about picking up one of the cheap Chef's Choice's off ebay, but read some crappy reviews about some of them. Thanks.

if it doesn't have to be electric, I would recommend something like this.

I personally use Japanese waterstone.

Anthony, hope all is well. I bought a Smiths-50005-Compact-Electric-Sharpener for giggles and turned out to be the best 30 bucks I spent.

For $27bucks on ebay I may have to give the Smiths unit a try.

Have a 2 day Tile trip this Sunday. Check out Smith's site, they have three ranging from 25 bucks to 179.00 I love the 25.00 product. :)
