Its been so long since i last tried for cats on the big river. started fishing around 7:30 with a tub of livers and around 8 live sunnies. while waiting for mr. whiskers to bite i threw out a grub here and there and managed 2 baby largemouth. shorty after a striper takes the liver rod, small but a good sign :) nothing much after that besides eel bites. made the smart move to switch over to cut bait and soon after got this nice 5lb kitty around 9:00, couldn't get a nice pic though :p. nothing touched the live gill. action was dead after that and around 11 i called it a night.
