Caught GetANet at the end of his 3-day fishing marathon and we jumped on Bicey's ride at Spruce Run @ 5 AM. We managed 4 fish. Pretty cool seeing how he fishes them in there. Thanks for the offer to join and the tutorial. Def a quality time w/ good laughs. It certainly opened my eyes up to a new and effective way of fishing for a species I've never targeted. Here's a few shots of the hybrids. I messed around with the GoPro while we fished. I'll be looking into putting a short vid together. When I do, I'll post and share a link.

I had a great time with you two characters! It was cool to meet you guys and to fish with ya. Wish we put more in the boat but it goes that way sometimes. Just watch out for sailboats tipping over!

Skunk fish were anywhere from 10ft to 30ft ......alot of fish on bottom which is not usually a good sign. Water temps were down to 76° and no real Tcline in sight.

Nice job boys, looks like a great time w the hybrids, a few is better than nothing. My girl got me a gopro3 just messed w it yesterday for the first time on the lake. Was tuff conditions for me too yesterday on LH, the front that came thru had them kinda off and water temps were down to 76 from the 83 of 2 weeks ago

The housing I was using for the GoPro didn't allow much sound to get recorded which blows but I'm still learning the ropes with this thing. The pics are hi-res and the video is impeccable.

I have the GoPro Hero HD2--had it a few years and never got around to actually recording until yesterday lol... Those HD3 (Black?) are insane cameras.

she got me the gopro3 its the cheaper one the white edition. I brought it out a few weeks ago but never even set it up I was chasing birds and bait and forgot about it, when the action is hot i dont even bother w pics I try to get back in the water ASAP lol. Shes been bitchin I dont use it so I brought it yesterday and took a bunch of pics, but I actually didnt take good ones I thought it was in the mode where it takes pics every few seconds til u hit button again. turns out i was wrong the delay was off i only ended up w 1 pic that is normal, the others have me and background but no fish in pictures haha. Havent tried video yet, its too much to worry about fishing solo like i ususally do, i told here to get me the wifi remote so i can just take normal pics myself. as the fall sets in i usually fish w others ill have some good vids, just dont have the time anymore to play w stuff, Im lucky to even get out and fish anymore

couldnt agree more! Esp when I'm offshore tuna fishing. The last thing I wanna do is scramble to get video when there's a 5-banger on lol.

Very cool pictures and the vid!!! Now you got a little bit of experience with it so next time it's lights out baby!!! Always great time when we get together. The quality of the vid and pics is unbelievable, looking at the sky and the background is so vivid. I think the pic of Bicey on the rod is the best one of all!!!! Don't worry we're hooking up again soon!!!!
