Pompton Lake Today ?

Hey planning on heading to pompton lake to fish it for the first time. Gonna be fishing powerbait worms. Any general areas of where to put some time in at this lake ?

I would never eat any fish from there, it's very polluted, loaded with mercury and anything else you can think off. They are suppose to start a clean up next year, maybe !!! Seems to be some disagreement on how many acres need to be cleaned.

26" and 30" nothing crazy big but good size. im searching for the monster thats in there.

all the pike were in 1 general area and everyother spot....nothing

Didnt make it to PL yesterday ended up staying in town and fishing the lake. Did well with some good Largemouthth action and saw a bunch of huge carp in shallow water. Next time i will be prepared for the carp any easy bait suggestions ?

Mulberries are falling from the trees now. Id find some.
