Hot Bass Bite Morris County Lake 6/13

Hit the lake for another couple hours tonight after work with my brother Joe and fishing buddy Nick. Fishing was much better than last night with plenty of fish tonight ranging from dinks to some nice sized fish. Water clarity seems to be improving but with this rain coming tomorrow who knows. Black powerbait worms were the ticket today. Lots of bass surfacing but could not produce a topwater bite :confused: My brother also got a PB tonight with a very nice bass he was excited as he is just getting into bass fishing and is definitely HOOKED! As always all fish were safely released.

Nice work dudes. Crazy how big a difference a boat can make regarding being able to reach certain fishy spots, eh? Love it.

yep we are finally getting it down to a science on which spots to work. Definitely loving the inflatable looking into getting a used trolling motor soon. Seems only one side of the lake is producing for us though hoping it all turns on soon.
