A must for hunters, and good for anglers, if you have the time. Had a friend (responsible for getting me into fly fishing) who was secretary of the Monmouth County Federation.
Bob Soldwedel used to write that hunters are anglers first line of defense against PETA and the like.
Definitely a good thing if you have the time to get to the meetings!
Also believe membership carries liability insurance.

I joined the Union Cty federation two yrs ago. We normally have 15-20 at our meetings but they are the same faces. Alot could be done just in Union Cty if the sportsman would come together.

If there is an important meeting effecting NJ fishing Andy will most likely let us know..Thank you Andy for your continued support of FWF. Since this was the "1st Federation" meeting he has attended, I think we would like to know the summary of the meeting and potential impact in regards to FW fishing.
Again thank you Andy for being a pro-active advocate of our fishery!

Honestly, I wouldn't know where to start. There was TONS of info on deer hunting. If you are a deer hunter you should not miss a meeting, how many diseases do you want to talk about ?
Everything was covered, clean ups, code changes, KLG road repairs, the list goes on and on.
Like I said, I felt really bad. I went to show some of my ideas for the Raritan river, but it was like calling on an old friend you haven't seen in a while just to ask a favor. My ideas were duly noted.
I had a copy of the monthly minutes from the last meeting here some where, but it would ruin the surprise if I gave out all the information here. Guess you'll have to go and see yourself.
In parting I promised not to be a stranger and would try to make as many meetings as possible.
