Striped Bass fishing was good today. The bass were active and jigging was productive. The bass weighed up to 25LBS and were caught on Croc lures and jigs. The hottest lure by far today was the 5oz Gold Croc. Chrome crocs, and A-47 jigs in chrome and gold also produced fish. Many passengers caught their limit, and we also had a number of shorts.
The pool winner was:
Andrew Paul from East Brunswick NJ with a 25LB striped Bass.
We read plenty of bass on the scope today and even saw them feeding on the surface several times. It looks like the run is finally on.
The big Jamaica is scheduled to sail everyday at 7:30AM
