I had to fish 8 or 9 spots today to make up a catch. I treat my car like a boat, no hits in 20 mins, move on to the next drop.

I don't know. Spring Lake had about 30 people fishing and I stayed there an hr and a half due to the population of big trout. Saw only one small trout, my small bass and carp caught. Even the commorants did get anything and they are usually money. Other trout spots, people mostly had goose eggs, a few had one. My go to carp stream seems to have been a casualty of the hurricane as the cattails seemed to indicate a massive salt water push from the tidal portion and dams from the side ponds all gone so no spawning habitat. A couple other backwoods ponds had burst dams too which means quite a few of my go to ultralight bass fisheries are gone. But then I found a pond I had given up on had a lot of lil bass in the 8"-12" range that will hopefully grow up a touch.
