Was down at my local pond Sunday with my boys they wanted to ride there bikes. Saw 6 teenagers fishing in the pond that is stock each spring and fall was like ok there 11/14 years old kids. told them what they were doing was wrong of course smart asses they were like FU before I could even call a cop showed up and said the same thing to them and off course the same answer to the cop the cop was like really took there stuff gave them all tickets and said lets see what your patents say about the fine and getting your stuff back


hats off to the cops cheers dude you did the right thing


he would of just gave them a warning but there big mouths got them in trouble

Glad to see some enforcement going on!!!

Can't blame the kids either though, it took me a couple tries to learn the "don't mouth off to cops" rule myself. :p

On a side note, I did get ticketed one time fishin a small pond in pequannock off 23. Nice lmb around but apparently it's only for residents, but we didn't see a sign. Unfortunately my buddy parked his jeep sideways on a hill and drew attention to us. Patrol stopped us and, although we were extremely nice, we still both got tickets. Decent fine AND court appearance required!! Really..........
