Tried Haworth pond and a bridge connecting two Oradell reservoirs. NADA.

This time of yr. its not uncommon to skunk at least every other trip
on quick pond hoppin...keep at it ,I went three for four today for about
8lbs.:rolleyes: Skunked yesterday

If you have your permit(I DO ) for Oradel reservoir, it will be OPEN Monday. I will be on the Harworth side for carp/yellow perch.The bridge on Schalenberg has be dead. Let you know how it is, see 'ya later, Robbie

Got the skunk as well @ Pompton Lake. 1 pike follow up thats it.

Robbie, when did you get your permit? I sent in my app. 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my permit.
Despite having a run on a piece of Powerwait within 5 minutes of setting up at RVR yesterday I didn't hook up with that fish nor any others.
I sight-fished a pair of nice 20' rainbows the whole morning but caught the skunk.
Almost caught a raccoon too that I happened upon while it was sleeping in the woods. :eek:
