where do you guys usually park when you fish the lake? Can I catch any crappies or bluegills there? I need to go fishing asap!!!

There is a mahe shift baot ramp by Sir John's. I have parked there and fished off the rocks below the bridge and caught my share of Crappies in that area. Good Luck!

I went looking for this spot the other day. Do you mean the lil dirt parking lot across the bridge from Sir Johns? What about that point that juts out in to the lake? It looks like a good spot for catfish

Yes, that is the area that I am refering to. I have caught catfish there ... bottom fishing live large minnows/shinners.In the same area I have caught panfish, crappies, bass, pickerel and pike. Good Luck and let me know how you make out.
